When making a major investment such as buying a home, it is wise to hire an
inspector that is willing to invest adequate time to perform an inspection properly.
I schedule only one inspection a day.  I likely will spend a far greater amount of time
on-site than most inspectors.  I truly will inspect a home as if I were buying it myself.

Buying a new home is a major event and filled with anxiety.  Rest assured that I am
as serious as you are about finding defects and reporting conditions of your home.
I am an extremely conscientious inspector and take great pride in my work.   You
