Scheduling Your Home Inspection - Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando and Hillsborough county home buyers are often limited from 5 to 10 days to get a home inspection. We highly recommend that you schedule it as quickly as possible. Often times you may need to obtain quotes or bids from specialized contractors as a result of our findings. This will also take additional time, so don't put yourself in a situation of having to rush, which is never a good idea. Because timeliness is important, we can usually schedule your real estate inspection within 5 to 7 days of your call, but if you were to wait several days after the effective date of your contract, you may find it very difficult to find a "top tier inspector". We perform home inspections 7 days a week when necessary, but last minute inspection requests are sometimes impossible to accommodate.
