Maintenance Recommendations - During your inspection, I will provide numerous energy saving and routine maintenance recommendations that will help keep your home in optimal condition. Inspection Method – Comprehensive inspections are conducted by a NJ licensed & NACHI certified owner inspector. Prospective homes are evaluated "up close & personal". The roof is inspected ON the roof or from the eaves whenever possible. Every crawl space that can be safely entered is inspected. Hours of Operation – Appointments are available seven days a week, dawn to dusk. If there is sufficient daylight to complete the exterior inspection, an inspection will gladly be scheduled to accommodate you. PEACE OF MIND - The primary reason for a home inspection is peace of mind for the home buyer. Having an unbiased, licensed New Jersey Home Inspector, who also has extensive hands-on construction experience, conduct a thorough & diligent inspection will help to substantially minimize your risk. If Golden Home Inspections discovers problems, it does not necessarily mean you should not buy the house, only that you will know in advance what type of repairs to anticipate.
